Monthly billing is here!

To better serve our customers, the combined water-sewer bill you receive from Denver Water has moved from bi-monthly to monthly billing, effective July, 2009. At the same time, we have introduced a redesigned bill that provides more information in an easy-to-read format.

Monthly billing will give you a more timely account of your water use, which will allow you to make adjustments or repairs as needed to avoid higher sewer bills during your winter billing period, or higher water bills, especially in the summer.

Monthly billing also aligns more with other bill schedules, and for many customers a monthly water-sewer bill is easier to manage financially. We’re excited about this transition and hope the new bill design and monthly billing schedule make paying your bill easy and worry-free.

You Can Now Pay Your Annual Storm Drainage Bill Online!

Online payments for Denver's Storm Drainage Service charge went live in November 2005. Now, in addition to paying your Storm Drainage invoice by mail or in person at the Wastewater Management Division Cashier's office, you have the option to use your computer to pay at: http://www.denvergov.org/stormpay
